I’ve never met sales people with less people skills. Everything about the customer experience would genuinely deter a would be buyer if they weren’t fully informed and maybe that’s what is costing Onyx’s name from getting around more commercially. I won’t divulge more unless I get to speak to the right person but I adore this bike and had every reason and obstacle to not have it in my life.
Absolutely in love with my 80v. Solid build, amazing people who represent the company, an community that supports each other, what else can you ask for?
