Every service starts the same way — book a slot, tell us what’s going on, bring the bike in. We handle the rest.
01 / PICK A TIME
Pick a day and time that works. 60-minute window to check the bike in with the team and talk through what it needs.
02 / TELL US
Quick form so we know what we’re looking at before you walk in. Means less time standing at the counter, more time actually fixing it.
03 / BRING IT IN
Roll up at Newell Street. We’ll inspect, give you a real turnaround time, and text you the second it’s ready.

Support promise
The same technicians who build the bikes work on them. That means the diagnosis is faster, the advice is honest, and the thing leaves running better than it came in. If it’s a small fix we can talk you through on the phone, we’ll do that instead. Either way — we want you riding.
